Accessibility Statement
Fencer The Movie, LLC is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually work to improve the user experience for everyone and apply the relevant accessibility standards to the Fencer website.
Conformance status
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA (W3C Recommendation, October 2023), and design with the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, the California Unruh Civil Rights Act, and — for our EU-facing audience — the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882) in mind.
Measures we take
- Semantic HTML with proper landmarks, headings, and ARIA where appropriate.
- Keyboard navigation and visible focus indicators on interactive elements.
- Accessible names on icon-only controls.
- Modal dialogs implemented with focus management and Escape-to-close.
- Alt text on meaningful imagery.
- Sufficient color contrast for body copy.
Known limitations
Some user-uploaded gallery images may have brief captions rather than full descriptions. We are actively improving alt-text coverage as new content is added.

Response commitment. We aim to acknowledge accessibility complaints within 7 business days and provide a substantive response, together with any corrective measures or alternative means of access, within 30 calendar days. If a fix requires more time, we will explain why and propose an interim accommodation.
National enforcement. If our response is unsatisfactory, EU consumers may escalate to the accessibility enforcement body designated by their Member State under Article 14 of the EAA.
